ye ! hmm i had this idea kinda inspired by misfits/life is strange, but maybe all the characters go to the same school in a small town and there's a storm and they get evacuated into a security room or something and theres an electrical shortcut, ppl get zapped and boom - a few discover weird powers a few weeks later or something
and then stuff happens

oooor, we could jump in where ppl already have powers, but its still unknown to the world, and they slowly discover each other with other weird abilities ? and then go on a mission to discover the cause and purpose and stuff

sorry im super bad at explaining my thoughts!! haha

And maybe someone who discovers their powers decide to use them for bad stuff
Maybe not big things, but the take the benefits from having powers and use them for smaller crimes or something

ooo yea i like that idea! hmmm im thinking how to encorporate that into the rp tho like... groups arise, gang wars happen, choosing-side-stuff, good vs bad ?

or just maybe one bad guy, and then we as a group decide to work together ?

Im thinking like

The 'bad' guy is part of their friend group since theyre like best friends or something with someone
But they are left out of the solving the mystery thing bc they dont know the bad guy also has powers?
