lilliane pulled on her leather jacket, spritzing herself with some perfume and ruffling up her hair, re-doing her make up slightly, more minimal so that victor wouldn't complain. she was a little surprised at the last part he said. did he genuinely care about her? "you don't have to do anything.. i'm not your responsibility."

"i'll see you tomorrow okay?" she slid her phone out, reading the several texts victor had sent her.

Scot nodded his head. "Alright. I'll see you tomorrow." he said quietly. He waved slightly before disappearing back into the kitchen. He felt sick, which was stupid, because she'd been through way much more than he had, but that was one of the main reasons he felt so bad. She didn't deserve to live that way.

lilliane waved goodbye and then quickly headed out. she was late meeting victor - she'd forgotten she had promised him that she would and had instead promised to work a shift. this wouldn't go down well at all. she went into his flat and immediately, he was there in her face. shouting, screaming, hitting. but lilliane didn't react any more. she had no cares any more.

lilliane woke up the next morning, her body hurting incredibly. victor had used her in any way possible, completely flipped out on her. she'd never seen him so angry at her before. she got up out of bed and stood in front of the full length mirror to check out the damage. bruises, finger marks, and cigarette burns. she shuddered and turned away, to get ready for work. it was a saturday, which meant work all day.

Scott begrudgingly got up, he had a shower and got dressed, Lilliane never once leaving his mind. He got his stuff together, then left his flat and got into his car and drove to work.

lilliane did her make up, covering up any visible marks with her foundation and powder, then applied her usual make up, finishing it off with her dark lipstick. she tied up her ruby coloured air, pulled on her white blouse with her black skirt, tucked her apron in her bag and then headed to work, keeping her head down.

Scott started putting all of the dirty dishes away from the night before. He had been too tired to do much after all of the cooking. He groaned, shutting his eyes for a second to help push the thoughts of Lilliane away for a minute or two at the very least.

lilliane rushed in, a bit late. she hung her jacket up and pulled her apron on, re-tying her hair up. she took a deep breath, ensuring that there was no proof of what happened last night, before going in to scott. she had to put on a brave face, no matter how much she was physically or mentally hurting.

Scott heard her arrive through the back. He was happy, but he didn't want to look at her, he didn't want to see the bruises and scars that he could have stopped if he had only tried a little bit harder the night before. He felt so bad, and he didn't know what he was going to say to her.
