poppy didn't quite pick up on what wesley was saying - she simply thought he genuinely meant it in a very innocent way. it was the way poppy was. she squinted slightly, as she sun reflected into her hazel eyes, but followed him around, taking in the beautiful scenery of the small garden. "hmm, I think with a bit of love and care, we can get these back to health by next season!" she knelt down on the grass, her fingers running over the leaves. oh how she wished she had some sort of magical powers, so she could look after these plants.

Ya'know that guide on growing things, but I somehow managed to order one for a computer instead." he chuckled a little, technology was never going to be a strong point for him.

poppy picked off one of the strawberries on the plant and wiped some of the dirt off before popping it in her mouth, grinning slightly. "delicious. I have to say this is one thing you have succeeded in." she pushed herself back up from the ground and looked at him, smiling slightly. "I uhm.. I have loads of gardening books and things if you're interested. it's kind of my thing. one of the main reasons I chose to be vegan." she smiled at him, carrying on wondering around the garden. it was much nicer than the garden at her mom's house.

Adam watched her as she picked the strawberry, praying it tasted nice otherwise he had just blown all his chances of getting a nice meal, or a girl. "really?" he grinned, glad he had managed to do something successful in the garden, "Well at least I perfected one thing." he ruffled his hair around a little bit before nodding his head, "I'd love to have a read of them, if you don't mind. really?" he tilted his head, genuinely interested in what she had to tel him now.

poppy nodded her head, as she headed over to the flowers, at the end of the garden, which were also next to a small pond, and a bench, with a canopy, too. it was like a little dream for her, to have somewhere so serene to rest. she blinked, and glanced up at him, coming back into reality, nodding her head. "of course I don't mind. and yeah, it's so much healthier growing your own things, and using them all up. it's good for the environment too, and all the cute animals." she grinned.

So maybe you'll be a reason to keep it in such tip top condition." he smiled, gazing into her eyes, letting himself admire her figure and the way she moved. "I am all about keeping healthy, but I think Wesley is a bit more of the eat everything and make it into muscle type of guy. But I try to tell him to make sure he keeps himself on a healthy balance."

poppy sat herself down on the bench, resting her hands on the wooden planks which had been heated up by the sun. "I like staying healthy. it's something to occupy my time, seeing as I don't have much else to do." she shrugged her shoulders as she looked up at him. and for the first time, she got a genuine look at him, and all his magnificent features. the way his hair was the darkest brown she'd ever seen. he was tall, much taller than her. and his face had a whole history etched on it. he was handsome. she was head over heels.

so sorry, my mom and her bf found a stray dog so we had to calm it and find somewhere we could take it. :3 all sorted now.

Serenity had no idea about his little stash, she was just throwing wild guesses. "no. way." she felt her mouth open before as she sat more up right. "so what type is it? go on, you might as well let all the secrets out now." she bit down on her lip, hoping he wouldn't get too angry at her for this. At the end of the day, she was only teasing him. 

Adam raised his brow very slightly, "I have more to apologise for then you do." he stood upright, turning his wrist on the side and gazed down at the clock face on his rather expensive and rather ancient watch. "ah, it's coming on one o'clock. Times flown by!" he let his hand drop back to his side and his eyes rise back up to hers. "I need to find someone to wear, because I don't usually go clubbing. So I could always drive us in. Unless I'm not someone you want to be seen around, then I completely understand."

poppy shook her head quickly. "I shouldn't have been staring at you, i'm sorry. it's just.. you have really nice eyes. especially in the sun. they're shining really nice right now." she smiled at him, standing up, she nodded slowly. "no no, it sounds good to me, as long as you don't mind of course. shall we ask the others if they want to come, too?" she smiled, heading back inside slowly, but making sure he was behind her too

"enjoy the garden tour?" she said with a smile, glancing at Wesley. 

Adam kept himself composed when she started talking about his eyes, they were a rather magnificent feature. "do not apologise, I was born with eyes for me to use and others to look at." he was never the best at complimenting people he just met, he liked to wait, find out more about them. It made it easier to seduce them. "I'm sure they would love to come with us, and I would never mind someone as beautiful as you spending time with me. Infact, I'd be honoured." he tipped his head forward slightly before following her inside. "Wesley, Serenity, up for some shopping before we go out tonight?"

"i'm just quickly going to get my bag, i'll be down in a minute." she nodded once, and quickly jogged up to her room to retrieve her things, and then returned.

Adam hadn't even thought about the danger, or the fact she may not know about what is actually out there. It was only becoming normal for creatures to come out in the open these last few months. Only after a werewolf showed it's true form in front of several politicians. "Serenity.." he wasn't a hundred percent sure that she was the best person to let Poppy know what was out there, but was he? A vampire. Something vile that everyone hates. He looked at Wesley as if to say 'you'll seem like the good guy out of all three of us'
