Dean jumped back when the door opened. Rowan stood there, and someone was behind her, although he couldn't see who it was. When she stepped aside, Dean felt like throwing up. What the fuck? What sick joke was this? Was he high? This had to be a dream. Of course it was a dream, it all made sense now. 
"This is Kim, Dean." Rowan said, but Dean was already on his way. Running to wherever, cause it didn't matter, right? It was all a fucked up dream.

Dean felt dizzy when he stopped running. He was having a panic-attack, and as he tried to calm his breath he could hear Rowan screaming in the background. The loud drumming sound of his heart made it impossible to hear what she was crying about, and he didn't care. 
"Fuck this shit. If this is a prank, I'm gonna fucking...", He tried to figure out the word, but kill seemed to nice. 
"This is a dream. Or a coma. Oh god, what if this is a coma?", He thought out loud.

The room was just like the last time he saw it. A mismatch of hospital decor, like they couldn't decide what they wanted it for. It was hard not to wonder about the whereabouts of the staff; There had to be a whole bunch of them somewhere, crawling about. This could be the hardest part. As confident that he was about his utter charm, going into their nest alone and snatching the key from a tall drug lord was at the absolute bottom of the list of things that could work. Luckily for him, the place was still basic in some regards. The cabinets had regular locks and he couldn't see a camera, so this could be the time to get rowdy.

If only it were that easy. More places should have hammers or crowbars just lying about. He paced around, touching everything in his path in search of something that could help him, but he started to lose hope.
"Come on Marcel, you little shit," He muttered to himself. "There's gotta be something, like-" And on a pile of papers they were - glorious paperclips. He spared no time, grabbing a pair and bending them against the cabinet. "Thank you, uncle Yanis."

The scalpels were there. To be honest he wasn't even sure there would be any in there but it seemed like a staple for evil scientists. He grabbed a box and bolted but stopped just as he came to the door. What if they needed something else? He hurried back, rummaging through the shelves and stuffing syringes and bottles into his hands. One immediately slipped from his hands and crashed against the floor. Whatever, he thought. He wasn't exactly planning on taking the time to cover up his tracks.
