She'd even tried to salvage her makeup with the few products she had in her bag, as it'd been a very long time, so she felt uncomfortable being totally bare faced around him. The smell of food hit her out as she walked through the living room to the kitchen, "You cooked?" She asked the two of them, surprised as she saw them both washing up some dishes.

It was so strange seeing her again.

She replied, touched by this, and they way he seemed to already have bonded with Chloe so well - she'd missed having someone around who did stuff like that without even thinking. Part of her was curious as to what else Chloe might've told him, but she didn't dwell on it. She walked a little closer to them, and smiled at Chloe, "So are you both ok?" She asked, hoping, for Alec's sake that it had gone ok.

She was busy helping him set the table and get ready for dinner. ''I'm good mummy. Alec let me put the wiggly worms into the lasagne!'' she said, grinning happily.

It all seemed weird, sitting around eating as a family lie this, it was how it all was supposed to be, but then it all went so wrong.

Alec smiled as he sat on a bench in the local park with Amy, watching his beautiful daughter as she played with some other girls. He liked this, being able to be a dad. He had always had a big family and knew that he wanted a family of his own someday. It broke his heart when he found out that Amy was going to give Chloe up, so now to have the chance to be in her life again was amazing. He looked over at Amy ''So what's your plan now?'' he asked Amy, glancing over at her.

She's felt it almost impossible to completely shut her thoughts off, as she wondered about the future. As she heard Alec speak she glanced over, and shrugged, "I don't have one." She replied honestly, feeling bad.

maybe the friend? and it could be a girl who has always sort of liked him and sort of starts being flirty or something maybe?
