"of course I do. but you aren't just any old princess. you are my beautiful Princess Alexius and I would fight dragons and slay kings just so I could see you smile." as he spoke he rubbed her hip gently with his fingers, letting his fingers just gracefully glide across her soft skin. "I missed you." he whispered, against her head before kissing it.

"You're perfect. I missed you too." She admitted in a quiet voice. It seemed easier now she wasn't facing him. Feeling his hand on her hip soothed her.. Until he touched her bare skin. And she froze. Her whole body as of it were a stone statue. It didn't feel right.

Ryan let his eyes close as he let it sink into the comfort of her pillow, his thumb rubbing against her hip bone. He couldn't believe that this morning he had woke up thinking it was another day without her yet here they were, lying in bed together. Even though their relationship had been less than a year he had realised that he couldn't function properly without her. That Alexius completed him in ways he didn't know needed completed. It was simply magical.

Alexius couldn't stop the thoughts that ran through her hWas. All she wanted was for things to be normal, for their fire to ignite and their passionate to explode. But she couldn't shake the feeling of his hands being on another girl. Alexius didn't want those hands on her skin. Frowning, she atgemoted to shuffle forwards, just a little, so that they were out of their spoon session. Hoping he wouldn't get too upset. She didn't want to row.

Ryan was in heaven, he thought that everything was perfect and that it was all back to normal. That was until he felt her body shift away from his and he felt an emptiness surround him. Opening one eye he checked to confirm that she had moved and that everything as ok. he let his hand drop from her hip and moved some of his hair around, "everything okay baby?" he said, not wanting to push her but just wanting to be sure she wasn't upset or he hadn't done something to make her cry.

She began, soon realising how harsh her words were. "I mean, I just.. Every time your fingertips are on my skin,mit makes me think that your fingers would have been on that girls skin."

Ryan watched as she rolled over, glad she wasn't crying but he could tell that something was clearly on her mind. The joy in his eyes drained as she brought up the girl again and he rolled onto his back as well, moving his hands behind his head, "I'm sorry.." he said, not really sure what he could do at this point. How could he fix this? Maybe time? Maybe he rushed into it. All these thoughts flooded his mind and he tried to figure out how the hell he could make her see that he would never touch that girl the way he would touch Alexius.

Alexius could tell Ryan was getting extremely frustrated with her, his nostrils flaring slightly, his eyes not quite meeting here. His eyes always spoke more than his mouth ever would. "So you should be." She replied, sitting up, crossing her arms over her chest. Suddenly feeling very conscious of herself and where she was. Was she right to forgive him? "Was you with her in your bed?" she asked quietly.

Ryan started nibbling around his finger nails, another anxious habit he had. He looked at her when she asked the question, rather surprised that the words left her mouth. "no, she took me back to her dorm." he said, feeling uncomfortable talking about the situation so he sat up and continued biting on his nails a little bit longer before dropping his hand. "if you have any other questions feel free to ask, I don't want you thinking something that might not be true or anything. "

He had probably explained it all before, however she had been too angry to listen. "Did.. Did you spend the night?mor did you just do it and then leave?" she looking down at his hand, trying to keep herself together.

Ryan apologised quietly for biting his hands, knowing she didn't like it. At one point she'd gotten some disgusting tasting nail polish to put on his nails to put him off biting. But when they finished he practically destroyed his hands with his teeth. "I left pretty much straight after, if I remember correctly I ended up falling asleep outside under the big oak tree because I couldn't find my way back to my dorm."

Alexius nodded her head once, listening to him. She let go of his hand and rested her hands back in her lap, messing with the frayed heM of her top as a distraction. "You should have phoned me." She said quietly, climbing over him, she got off the bed, not entirely sure what to do with herself. "I'm sorry about this I just.. I can't get the thought of you and her out my head. And I domt even know who she is. That's the worst part." she let out an exhausted sigh.

I've never drank so much before and I don't even know how I was still conscious if I'm honest." he said frowning a little. He felt shit admitting all of this to her but she needed to know now she would listen.

Alexius needed to know all the details in order to get over this, she just wasn't entirely sure how she was ever going to let his hands touch her bare skin. "thank you for being honest." She said quietly. Standing up, she pulled her top down as far as she could and turned to him. "Do you want to grab something to eat before the party tonight? Don't wanna end up in the same situation." Biting down on her bottom lip, she grabbed her large fluffy cardigan.
