lexi smiled and took the remote from him, mindlessly flicking through the channels, while using her other hand to bring her fork up to her mouth. everything was silent, until there was a spine tingling howl to be heard from the back garden. her eyes locked onto adam's immediately and she stood up, heading slowly towards the back door.

lexi pushed her hair behind her ears and fiddled with the rings on her thumb, before quickly going into the garden. she had to help the injured one, even though she had no idea whether it was actually brent or not. there was a 50/50 chance it was, which meant it could have been her friend. "adam, come and help me get them inside." she looked at him.

Adam came back down. Covering up Brent's manly area, feeling it was a necessary thing to do first before he proceeded to make a pillow out of one for under his head. He waited until all the wounds had been covered up with plasters by Daisy and the ice was down before putting a blanket over him. "Don't think you should move too much mate. "

lexi shrugged and nodded. "I know what kinda pain he is in.. i've hurt my ribs before." she quickly glanced over at adam before back down at brent, shrugging. "there's not a lot you can do apart from rest I don't think. at least you have a reason for laziness now." she laughed softly and stood back up.

"I can lift you to your room but I'd recommend sleeping on the floor. that should help your back a bit more then the softness of your bed." he glanced over at Daisy, making sure she was seeing to her arm.

lexi smiled softly. "and do't keep it too restricted either, or you will just get them to stay in once place permanently and you could really hurt yourself." she shrugged and stood back up, going to the sink,s he washed all the plates and stuff up, and threw the excess food away.

lexi wiped the plates dry and put them away, turning her head when she heard adam, she nodded once. "i'm good thanks. you?" she wiped her hands dry and went and sat back in the living room, shivering, wincing a little, she pouted slightly. even the tiniest movements like that hurt, she couldn't imagine the pain brent was in.

lexi sighed and shrugged. "just.. seeing blake and that other wolf like that. it's kinda scary, isn't it? that's all. I think I will be okay." she cleared her throat. it wasn't like her to feel so defeated but the day had been long and she felt exhausted, and not like herself. tings were beginning to become more lonely for her, and she didn't like it.
