Levi: I saw her slowly fall asleep and sighed. Once again, I adjusted my hair, then moved a strand of hers out of her face. She looked so peaceful when she slept. I smiled to myself and closed by eyes, enjoying the feeling of peace for once in my life.

Serenity: I laughed and wiped my eyes. "It's not that I never knew... I forgot." I pulled my hair over to my shoulder and ran my fingers through it.

I was unsure of whether I should let her sleep, as she needed the rest, or wake her up and spare her from the nightmares that surely were consuming her. I sighed and ended up just sitting up and wrapping my arm around her, holding her still in a warm embrace.

Serenity: "I doubt you've seen worst than when I use it..." I muttered under my breath before sitting up again. "I'm going to go hunting. You know your way back to the cave?"
