(Not saying that this would be a reason for you but just out of curiosity, do you like playing your character? Because for me personally, while I would absolutely not mind writing mine in a single piece of work and I do not dislike him, it doesn't motivate me much to play him in an rp, (not meaning that I will not try). Someone talkative is more fun, since I actually like writing dialogue (even if I'm not the best). I think I will just have to develop him more in my mind, give him something to talk about. There's other reasons why I can be slow but that's the one thing I wonder about. Gotta get better at making characters that I would actually like to play, not just create)

(Liking a character is important yeah. I guess it's also easier to feel for the other ppl when you actually like your character?
But tbh, I'm not sure what I think about my character at this point. I had a perfect idea for his development through the rp and all. Which is great if it wasn't for the fact that I have been so abscent. A lot of shit been going on, so I haven't gotten a feel of my character at all. I guess I haven't really had a chance? Partly at my own fault but also for various other reasons.
But I definitely agree. Having a character who easily interacts withothers(whether it's through dialog or any other way) makes it a lot easier to be, as the character can mingle with the others. Which pretty much is a part of building the rp)

(i agree! and you can still write out their thoughts, in order to develop them that way. then it's only us as the readers who get to see the development, yet it's still there, which also adds an exciting element c: also ill reply to reigen tomorrow!)
