Panfried fish sticks don't hit the same way, also - there's no need to use butter - they're already good. ust make em crisp and good. Pan fish sticks are usually soggy :- (

this is a safe space for rant, hope you explained how to make REAL fish sticks. It must be consumed when it's perfectly done. Fish sticks should always, ALWAYS be an culinary experience.

I'm actually out of fish sticks, i've eaten all and just prepared food for xmas :- ( my boyfriend didn't agree to make xmas version of fish sticks and eat it together when we celebrate. Sad. But happy for you having a blast with fish sticks making and soon eating.
