but a mod’s task should be moderating when they are here, since a lot gets unseen in general by the mods. Often it’s because literally no mod is online, but also when 1-2 mods are online too. They just don’t see it before it’s gotten out of hand etc
and also, as someone else mentioned too; some mods complain they are tired, they have a lot too do, ‘let’s not chat with mods because they are too busy moderating’ as some have gotten written in a message.
you know, the general view.
so if mods only focus on being mod and a member, it’s leas distractions (aka other team activities to take care of) 😇
