There's no database for the average user to see but there are so many items and sets in this game that the current user base just don't have and will not have access to and i don't think it's just the dollzmania items. 

The entire point of this would be to not over saturate because if we all owned it, nobody would need to trade it
but, you can trade what you got for something you like more...
