I'm going to hate that opinion my entire life, like i absolutely adored the ukranian entry even before it was confirmed to be the entry, which predates the invasion. I recall messaging my mate when it was still Alina Pash that was supposed to represent Ukraine going like Ukraine has a solid chance on winning.. and then I listened to Stefania as it came second and I was like bruh this is objectively better.. all the drama and suddenly Kalush Orchestra represents Ukraine. 
For the longest time I couldn't see any song being better than Stefania this year, but then Georgia came along with their absolutely mental song that went straight to my top, but more objectively Ukraine was always my winner because I knew Georgia wouldn't even qualify

So for me personally it's not even remotely about the invasion. I've been listening to the song for close to 3 months already.

I'm sorry, but that was an idea, not an opinion or an attack. again I'm sorry, should've mentioned it differently.
sometimes I just feel like people vote on the song/country based on what is happening in their country and I find that so predictable and sad because artists are trying to win with their best songs. 
whenever people bring political stuff in their songs, it's like almost an immediate top 3 song because its political, like it doesn't make sense.
