we write up all the entries at the end, to avoid people deleting their posts/comments before the raffle has even ended, and, at least to me, it feels easier to do it all in one go than having to update a list every few hours. I mean, both yes and no. It would definitely take less time each time we check if people’s entries are valid if we can just quick search their username in a document, but we would still have to go through it all again at the end for the same reason as I said first.

Or did I completely misunderstand your suggestion? 😅
