ove also seen conflicting info about what to do like, on one hand its better to stay in bed and rest even if youre not sleeping, on the other you’ll start associating bed with stressing about sleep so you’ll find it harder to sleep going forward

i also used to have a hard time staying asleep but I think anxiety meds fixed that

but with meds it still takes closer to 30-60 mins depending of drowsy they manage to make me that night. sometimes even meds are not enough so i just lay down with my eyes closed and hope that rest is enough to get me through the day (usually isn't and then i just shut down in the middle of the day)

idk mate i do pilates/hiit regularly and i still cant sleep
