Yeah this is a little what im scared of-
I have goals of just having the energy to take walks and then progress how long the walks become. I dont wanna have any focus on weight or calories or other things that may cause problem
But i wanna be able to track my progress somehow that isnt just me doing math and writing in phone notes
i wanted an app for that but with running ,, i use the runkeeper app from asics, which u can also use for other sports (including walking)
its very simple it tracks the basic things
