You could take them out and let the ears heal, so the bumps hopefully go away.
However, the more times you get them pierced the bigger the chance of getting bumps..

I think I would try finding some earrings from another material, possibly a flatback or smaller hoops if yours isn't already, so it moves more easily with your ear without disturbing the hole too much.
ive tried diff materials but its all the same, also tried different jewelry (three diff types of flatbacks and hoops now) and theyre all bad ahahah
Maybe if you have the option to consult a dermatologist at one point? Could maybe help you get to the bottom of why this keeps happening to you

if it helps, you could try clip-on earrings or magnetic earrings when your ears heal :-'3 maybe they could be a good alternative as you're not able to use typical earrings

it also could be the placement, some people have anatomies that make them less easy to heal, like having more blood vessels or stuff or having ears that dont separate fron your head at all if that makes sense

there are a lot of cool fake ones out there that dont hurt tho, so maybe try that next? i hope fake earings would make a real comeback for more than just kids and young people (so they would be easier to get elsewhere than online)
