I actually laughed out loud for a solid minute when we hung up, the bar is in hell atp. Tbh I’m mostly only sad in the like sad for my past self wish I had a normal dad sorta way, but I don’t exactly take the birthday stuff personally when he’s barely holding it together as is lmao

yea, you dont even know ... my mom is a piece of work and my life has been soo mich better since ive gone no contact

and it is still sad even tho you dont feel sad for urself but for ur past self. but at least it wasnt done with malice öike he fr wanted to be nice i suppose. just still makes u feel some lingering feelings anyways.
