when they check ur eyes at specsavers or whatever u can ask them to print out the info so u have it
also i think its usually written on recepit or like the order for glasses when u buy them

Here when you get your eyes checked they’re like “yeah your eyes have gotten worse, we’d recommend new ones” and then you pick out a pair of frames and they order it for you and then you pick them up like 2 weeks later lol

it's not like u go out and buy new glasses just for fun! u get new ones when old pair dont do shit for u anymore, so u go get your eyeballs checked and get new frames all in the same appointment!

i love wearing no glasses when im tired, its like putting on noise cancelling earphones but for the eyes 
and if its sunny, the light is much less glaring and intense
