Though I've lost one of my current sketchbooks multiple times because I didn't remember where I put it. Though to find it in the end.

Haha. My thoughts cannot relax if I don't write things down and kind of get them out of my head, which is also a reason why I never sleep
When I have one thing I need to remember or just something that is bothering me when i'm trying to sleep, I even write it on a post it note and stick that on my phone so I can see it the next morning
