yea, i think it's wild. i used to b a volunteer mod for a site w active user count of ~5000 ppl and they never even asked my first name. volunteer modding isn't or at least isn't supposed to be that serious. it's different if u get paidyea. like i deffo see why they need good reliable mods
but the whole process i basically a job interview for a (non payed) volunteer task
