Yeah same, I have uhm, literally never used one except just to try, but I have done it regularly for like 3 years, both on the pill and off the pill, and im still not pregnant 😭 I am so glad honestly, cus im so stupid with it sometimes

Spotting thing is fine, but I judt thought I started my period twice but then I never continued bleeding even tho I quit them 3-4 days ago so I just ouff, I usually start my period 3 days in the no pill week

hmm maybe it takes a few days/weeks before your period goes back to normal?
