yes theres a huuge difference between costumer service and my jobĀ 
i used to work as a server before and i liked that as well but ppl could be so rude. n now that still happens sometimes but at least itā€™s because ppl feel desperate about their situations and not bc theyā€™re jerksĀ 
also i have a lot of very sweet clients who are so grateful for my help which is nice!

yes we have a very motivated, sweet team!
but of course i also have days where i slack off a little when im very tired..Ā
