I feel like they probably want to be at work and have a workweek to fix errors at the launch 
SWM (the guy who's the head of the coding-team) has pretty much confirmed that it is in their work time so that they can stay on top of bug fixes and stuff like that, because the launch will also be a stress test for the servers.
