sometimes...i always play it regardless, but when i know i have to be up soon it just helps wind me down for some reason it doesn't force me to fall asleep like it would if i wasn't working the next day

i dont have a type anymore but currently theres this one asmrtist who does these like ear exams with this heavy pressure that i'm sort of a obsessed with 

it kinda sucks bc a video that sends me to sleep in 5 minutes one day, might not work again the next so i just end up watching whatever until something works
