Its so annoying like I don't go to other ppls house anymore if I don't drive (so I have to walk or take bus) cus I feel too worried not having access to everything I have at home and I can't get home easily if I want to and etc etc. same problem going to the store and everything, but its a lot better if I can drive (if its like 10 minutes drive home, not 1,5 hours thats too far away) cus then I can escape home quickly but I don't have car or license so thats why dad has to be with me lol. But now I can never sleep not at home anymore cus I need my things and I need to be able to be home fast fast. Probably would be better if I got a car and license but thats effort I do not have

Honestly its not like super extreme but I've never had this problem before like I physically can not leave home idk. Its not super extreme like I won't get a panic attack and its not like social anxiety at all tbh but its just ehhhhhh. I just don't go outside anymore, only my room is ok
