My problem is that by like 8 I usually have energy again and then I can’t sleep
Me too sometimes but I slept like 5 hours and I woke up at 2 in the morning so I can probably sleep at 8 now. I wouldn't mind going to bed right now but I have therapy tomorrow at 2 in the afternoon and I don't wanna wake up like 12+ hours before that 
8 seems like a better time for sleep then yes kr I’ll have afternoon tired brain at therapy
