yeah age defo helps too i think,,, like in general being at the later end of my twenties im realizing how much more cooked through my brain is

I write as a hobby but i dont rly work on honing my skills so i dont consider myself good at it hshs i did take a uni creative writing class too tho

literally omg i love being closer to 30 than 20, my brain feels so much better idk how to explain but yes

its so much more chill and zen not in a no anxiety sort of way it just is... idk yes, hard to explain, but always becomes more obvious when i interact with people who are in their early twenties /loving at younger veepers

i think theres a not insignifaicant degree of smartness in knowing your own limits in how smart u are vs just blindly thinking ur smart idk, i do think ur like actually smart tho Mada! at least conversationally idk how many digits of pi u have memorized or whatever it is people value smarts on

i think its a combination of ur brain getting closer to being "fully" developed even tho i think ive read it takes longer than to 25, and a lot of significant life experiences often happening in your twenties so by 25 you feel more confident in urself and where u are in life even if ur not in the most stable spot uve at least done more stuff idk

like when i was a teen i used to be all like No i'm a sigma male everyone is stupid and weak and the only way in life is to be callous and selfish. but now i'm like well that's not quite it i think there's more to it.

yes i'm so glad i'm no longer afraid to embrace my sensitivity and i'm no longer overcompensating so much

i am just 22 and i feel like my brain is definitely more cooked now than like 5 years ago.. i sometimes feel so ashamed abt how stupid i was as a teenager soijehjdkorub...

i dont remember anything from the class tbh, except from one critique on my writing in a seminar n i still feel humiliated for sharing my writing with anyone yaaaas... i fink just reading + writing helps tha most with writing n mayb studying plot structure if u wanna do more crunchy learning about it
