i rly dont think that is actually stopping drunk drving /loving loving
because you learn to handle beforehand! We still get drunk drivers, but less so for young people

There's a point to that ! but it's not really something we speak about
this rly my main concrn with alcohol aside from potential addiction, its the one thing i think the US does right by having 21, makes a lot more sense
