It's like gathering a selected amount of applicants to test out their ability to work together
Then they are in the bootcamp for maybe a month, where they have some tasks to fill in (tasks would vary depending on team) and it'd be fun because then you'd get a sense of what it means to be in the team and the team gets a sense of how you'd do with the team!

you actually met in person or was this online? bcs i can imagine this being hard to manage when ppl live all around the world

it was great bonding tbh u got divided into teams and had to host activities or write blogs or whatever depending on the team ... and then u would get the results and realise the bestie u made made it in and u didnt or the other way around
