Yeah this is a little what im scared of-
I have goals of just having the energy to take walks and then progress how long the walks become. I dont wanna have any focus on weight or calories or other things that may cause problem

But i wanna be able to track my progress somehow that isnt just me doing math and writing in phone notes
i wanted an app for that but with running ,, i use the runkeeper app from asics, which u can also use for other sports (including walking)
its very simple it tracks the basic things

I think i actually love runkeeper! im currently putting in routes i have been walking and how long i wish to walk in the future, and it's soo nice to just drag that thingy and see right away if that goal would be pushing too far or if it's seems doable and just weeeeeeeee I dont have to math or write down on my own
