I've dated two line cooks. One is an alcoholic, the other is a tweaker. They both worked at the same restaurant at one point. Most of the staff was drunk or cracked out a few on heroin, an even smaller few sober somehow

May not be the case for fine dining 

But my gran was a waitress 4 most of her life and I've heard some stories

as someone who "worked" at michelin mentioned restauraunts , never met someone do someting like that during work.
now ofc we have to taste the wine its a part of the job but not enough to make u even close to tipsy
