my country only has the option to pay via g&s. which has an additional fee. and when I pay via paypal, I cover that fee.
but can others pay me with f&f if their country has the f&f option?
or do they have to pay with g&s as well? what about the fees in that case?

I also have questions about the currency conversion rates but that I should be able to find on google,, I think

my brain hurts I hate money and numbers. help

I use paypal every now and then and it's not too hard to understand imo. If you pay someone else, with G&S I believe you can see the fees that are included in that. So for example if the fee is $0.20 and you pay $10, you have to pay $10,20. At least, that was like it the last time I paid for it that way. Hope this helps?

it legit never shows the fees for me though 😭
the paypal app isn’t even available here so I dunno if it may be due to the fact I use the site? which should not be the case but I don’t knoww

the thing with fees is— when you send someone $10, they’ll receive less which means they cover the fees. so you have to send more (0,66 eur in my case, most often)
I just have no idea what happens when roles are reversed, with the currency exchange and whatnot

i’m just not cut out for finances nope

Oh yeah I use the app, I barely log in on the site oops. Can't help with the fees I guess really, but yeah it showed for me a while ago what they would receive, but idk if that was with fees or conversion of € etc
