they are always plugged into my computer, and there is no faults with the computer, wires or anything that looks broken on the headset. but sometimes my headset will disconnect from the computer system and reconnect almost immediately. but when this happens all audio is stopped briefly and my whole pc lags, especially during games, and its very noticeable lag.
ive never understood why it does this, and usually when it starts, it doesnt stop for the rest of the day, or for a few days, or until i just leave a voice chat / game / video. i recon its something to do with outside audio, whether its picking up something from outside and trying to block that noise, but it becomes too much of a task for my headset so it disconnects completely...
like this evening i was in a voice chat with 3 vp friends and there was no issues. i spent the last 10 minutes of this voice chat muted, but singing to my own music while playing a video game. i was also coughing and sniffling because i think im getting a bit cold now that its evening. there was no problems to this, but i next joined another voice chat with non vp friends and my headset started spam disconnecting and reconnecting, making everything lag and me not being able to join discussion. it even forced kicked me out of my game from the sheer volume this was happening.
i wonder if anyone has similar issues with headsets or razer products in general, seeing as i use mostly logitech gamer items for my set up. or if you have any recommendations for good headsets in general. i have been interested in the Logitech g G735 wireless headset (even tho i prefer wired) simply because that would complete that collection for me but i have been unsure of white headphones since i can have coloured hair and have been prone to slightly staining my headphone cushions red or pink lol
