yeah okay makes sense. do you think you can pick like the least annoying person and talk to them during breaks about smth like how their day has been, any new developments lately or whatever? or maybe if you have a book, read that or do smth like sudokus to look productive without pressure to talk? i find that old people like when you do that instead of being on your phone, even if you would do the same thing on your phone

Most people there are actually young or my age or slightly older like basically gen z - millenials, but I struggle with small talk how are things going blablablu type stuff bc #autism … maybe bringing a book could be an idea ig if I keep my sammich in my bag I can also get e-reader while I get sandwich n then I can also talk about books with people
