16€/week is expensive for a gym, right?
sauna, pool, flat rate for courses (yoga, zumba, ...) and beverages is NOT included in that.

they are the only gym in a radius of 25km so they get to charge whatever I guess.

it's less if you pay for 2 years up front but who knows what they'll do in 2 years??

and it's still like 45€/ month without any courses or the pool and beverage flatrate

Never heard of anyone paying weekly to begin with…and 16 doesnt seem worth it if it doesnt include all the facilities

Buff is good
if you truly wanna get muscle investing in simple equipment will be MUCH better than paying for gym

Buy resistance bands instead it’s much better for home use and way cheaper

my experience with gyms is pretty limited, recently I bought a membership thats 10 visits for 40 euros since idk if i would like using the uni gym yet in the longterm

for the cheap membership that limits you from visiting in the busiest times (3pm-8.30pm on weekdays) for me it would be 99e/year (includes sauna, group stuff, online courses ect normal stuff)
i think thats pretty reasonable for student pricing

i would imagine having a pool would raise the price? but its more about where you feel confortable and 16 euros a week sounds high, like separate visits outside the busy hours here are 5 euros

so if go only 1-2 times a week i would not take that deal but if you go more i maybe would? considering how good the place and ammenities are there
