people can read my thoughts

I talked about this with my psych contact person today. She said it's just psychotic symptoms but I don't think she understands how hard it is to be aware of this. She knows how I feel about it.
I get so upset when people say stuff like "we can't read others thoughts" or "I'm glad people can't read my thoughts". It reminds me that people can read my thoughts when they say that.

People obviously already knows how I feel about it. Because I have thought about it. But they still say stuff like that

i'm not completely sure how i should respond but i also dont want you to feel unheard
what makes it difficult to talk with your therapist about this for you? what do you need from her that she doesn't give you right now

She asked if I had brought it up when I did KBT but I didn't. She said I should find a way to deal with this but she doesn't say how. She knows how I feel about it. She is aware about how difficult I think it is but she still doesn't understand how it feels.

She sounds like she isn't the right fit for you. If this is something that impacts you so severely it should be a priority.

it seems less than ideal to make you come up with your own solutions about something so complicated and complex! ;; i'd agree with sylvan about maybe finding someone else who can support you better.
sometimes liking a therapist is less important than finding someone who can give you the best support, though i can imagine not looking forward to the process

When you say people can read your thoughts, do you mean actual people? I dont see why you mean anyone would hear just your thoughts.

If you experience this as a reality, and that your current therapist isnt giving the help you need, then find a new one that can guide you and offer the right help.
