I can relate to that somewhat,, but I mean as long as there's acceptance & u feel somewhat comfortable that's still good x

I like working out at the gym and I try to always focus on things I want to achieve, or feelings I want to feel, rather than a way I want to look! I want to be able to do a pull up for example. And when I do have a "dream goal" that has to do with looks, it's not the ones that society is trying to make me achieve (like a small waist, big bum etc) but things that make me look strong and therefor makes me feel more confident, like seeing muscles on my back, and just looking... strong! I hope that makes sense, because those things are very different to me, and I love to have these kinds of goals.

Thats such a nice attitude to have when it comes to like .. taking care of your physical self, I love that ! & This comment is actually very useful for me too cause workout is one of those things that's always been super hard for be to just ... well, do really haha. I think that like setting those smaller goals as you've mentioned is something I definitely tend to forget lmao & I think in forgetting to set those I also don't really pay attention to my progression if that makes sense.
Thanks for your comment!

i have crooked spine. it's not that bad than some people i have seen, like my ex had pretty bad scoliosis
but i still hate it, because it makes my whole torso area asymmectrical.  like i can't explain it very well, but in the other side of my body my ribs looks like they are coming out of my body and on other side you can't even see them
i can't change that and i don't know how to feel better about that

I think the most important thing to remember is that how ur body looks does not reflect ur self worth
