absolutely imma read it
I think one thing we might expect is that the level of writing has improved since the first books? Meyer must have become a better author after all these years.. right?
uhh that’s an interesting point! I loved “The host” (only the book lol)
I haven't read it but I think I'm familiar with the name of it so I guess it had some success, at least.

It's the story told from Edward's perspective and it's allegedly almost 700 pages long

Well, a lot of people seems to enjoy YA things despite being older than the target audience and I expect the book to be more for the mature reader than the first four books? I don't know.. I know I will read it tho, some time.
I mean I'm not trashing on YA, I'm an avid YA reader. but to read something twilight related nowadays to me is like going backwards. Not that I'm saying I won't read it, because come on..i'd be lying if I said i wasn't going to.
I've yet to read the new book(s) in the Molly Moon thing because I outgrew it and I'm like a part of me want to know and another part of me is like "bruh you are a 22 y/o man you just can't read books for children
See then you totally get what I'm saying! you know you shouldn't but at the same time you know you gotta

Yeahh, but it feels slightly less wrong when it's YA because it's like.. old people do be claiming that they are young and I wouldn't even claim so and I AM young so it's okay.. I can read it.. lool

Yeah it did, but never as much as twilight ofc. But I think the host is more mature and way more interesting, it’s still one of my favorite books - I definitely recommend

Bella is very sulky and emo and honestly such a garbage character but I nevertheless read the entire series at least 3 times. I think I read the part from Jacob's perspective a few more times, I must admit.

I've always wanted to see the story through Edward's eyes! I'm hoping it'll be interesting like Christians pov was in the 50 shades spin offs
Oh I haven't read those it's like the most sinful thing I know of lool
haha! Yeah its definitely something you don't wanna go around shouting about at the top of your lungs, that you read the series. but I dunno I mean the actual story of the series isn't totally that bad, and reading it through Christians pov was interesting

So there is some hope for the new Twilight book, I assume Meyer is well-aware that her audience most likely is the same as always and they are 12 years older now than what they were back when she put it on hold

I know we used to give those books as presents for people in my class back in high school for a laugh lmao. I've read some like excerpts because they are so incredibly poorly written it's embarrassing that it got that popular.
