I kinda expected Gene Haas to just pull them out after this season ended like .. currently Williams is deadass better and that's embarrassing at this stage. But I mean, 2022 might be the year things change and I guess the teams want a shot on trying to be the next big thing after the regulation changes.

I saw Nico Rosberg's podcast where he talked with Claire Williams (about a year ago) and my opinion on her is very different now than what it was prior to that tbh. 
George will get a Mercedes seat when Hamilton or Bottas leaves the team (either for a different team or for retirement), we all know he is skilled enough. Ofc, he could attempt to pursuit other teams.. but why would he? 
I don't think Williams will change much the first two years now, we'll see. No way they're letting Latifi go with the money he contributes with lmaoo.

he's definitely getting that mercedes seat or somewhere else where he can drive in an actual race car, it just sucks that Williams couldnt deliver any good results racing wise and also with their cars for the drivers, they've been at the bottom 15 - 20 in every race this last season if i remember correctly and i think George is an excellent driver

Yeah, George is obviously an excellent driver, I mean he has somehow managed to qualify p12 like twice this season?? With a shit car. I see it as plausible that he'll get a point this season, but then we would need a race like the Austrian Grand Prix (please let there be a race like that again!!!). 
I mean, even if he remains at Williams, after 2022, it is plausible they manage to get a better car then. I certainly hope the Mercedes dominance ends with the new regulations. It has to.
