being veg has made me a lot more in tune with my cooking too and taught me a lot about ratios whereas i used to measure and follow a recipe for everything. you can get so creative like right now i'm marinating tofu in miso, and when my partner asks "what does this need?" i can actually tell exactly what whereas b4 it's kinda a guessing game. tbh i think even people who aren't veg should cook more veg dishes just to learn more about food.

I did not know this was a thing, but I think it is a good idea. 

I associate not eating meat with Fridays, mainly because of Lent.
