someone at the university I'm studying at at the moment being so bright to see that my high school diploma was in three languages and admitting me even though I didn't have the proper documentation yet (I had to register via an external host because I'm not from Germany and because we get our diplomas one and a half month after Germany does, it's a tight squeeze every year for students from Luxembourg to get registered at University directly for the upcoming semester)

also, the three days during summer vacation I had with a friend and her parents in an amusement park. I felt like 10 again and it was amazing! (Also, I definitely passed out on the roller coaster, but it still was fun.)

Oh, me getting lucky with my apartment.

And finding a gyn that actually could help me with my problems and ended up figuring out I had a serious condition which led to an emergeny surgery and might have saved my life and at least the rest of my ovary I have left.

I have a bunch of these moments who are kinda competing with another but are also somewhat top 1 because of how differently they affected my life and how they helped me shape it the way it is now. I'm kind of even grateful for that terrible year in high school when I was bullied by classmates and teachers alike. Was very eye-opening and it teached me a lot about how I would like to see the world and about my power in changing my life for the better.
(I'm a huge sap. But it might be something worthwhile for all of us. Sometimes life is just an utter mess and you don't feel like you could ever reach happiness again. But that's the moment you have to seize it and realise how much you can be in charge of your own luck. Sure, wallow a bit in ity, but then get yourself out there and do stuff for yourself, what makes you happy, try out new things, do something new, surprise yourself. It's the best way to find new ways of happniess without diminishing the happiness you kind of had to leave behind and feeling like someone robbed you off something great.)
all that sounds amazing
i'm happy for you

life will have some things just as amazing or even better in store for you, believe me
soon, you'll see the silver lining and even though it hurts now, it will be a great experience to look back on in the future

hmm kinda lame but maybe the internet
made me realize and learn plenty of things and also helped me through rough times (despite also sometimes contributing to them)

i just don't really know

you're in the middle of it know, it's normal to not see it
and it's good that you let yourself be open to the good and the bad of all of this
you're working through it
it's just important that you need to learn to accept how it is now and that this means that you are going through some change
maybe you can get through it alone, maybe you'll need help
but know, that you won't stagnate in this state
also, I've never really kept up on the thread you made about your break-up and how you went on further, but Claire does have a point and I think it will be good for you to look into ways of finding some support - real people support, not just strangers on the internet with a sympathetic ear. we all need real people who we can talk to face to face and who we can hug if it gets too hard from time to time and there certainly is no shame in that
