i usually have my earbuds on whenever possible and i'm listening to music, and it was one of my hyperfixation songs so it was on constantly. i don't have spotify premium anymore so now i pretty much hear it only when my playlist decides to bless me with it, or if i'm on pc and my adhd remembers its existence

Oh that makes sense, im so sorry for your loss, I think with spotify free (on pc) you can make a playlist with one song over and over? Then just loop the playlist?
