how many new mods ya'll gonna bring on.

if i was ya'll i would double the team. go up to 8.
We haven't decided yet. I think it depends on how many applications we get.
Ohhkay. That makes sense. I think more is better than less so ya'll can take like vacations without worrying and its more likely that someone will be online in emergency issues.

A very close friend of yours has broken a minor rule and you only gave them a warning. Now the other players are saying you were biased and she would get a t/o or even banned if she wasn't your friend. How do you handle this situation before it turns into a giant upraising?

Moderators should all be able to deliver understandable and as flawless as possible English so that all the official topics would be easy to read and misunderstandings in communication would be cut to minimum.

Yeah, I am going to have to agree with this one.
Broken English might be troublesome (I have nothing against those still learning the language.)
It'll just be easier on everybody as this is the English server after all.

Indeed. And yeah I don't mind at all where the person comes from as long as the language is top notch.

It is important, but usually for official topics you will have the help of the rest of the team. As long as they are trying and aren't afraid to ask the team for help with how to say something I don't see it being a big problem, or something holding someone back from being a good mod.

Good point, however, how about situations like tickets or if most of the team is offline and can't help at that moment?

Just trying to think ahead.

It will be something talked about for sure, but in the end I'm confident we will make the right decisions :)

Don't you think "top notch" is a little high requirement? Most of us here are from Scandinavia which means English isn't our main language and most of us are still learning the language, I included. But I still can make myself understood but I'm nowhere close to a top notch English because that is very hard to have without having English as your main language.
