I agree with you but the two of us who are working on this event will be busy during the weekend. When considering timezones, the only availability we would both have would be when majority of VP is asleep. It's much easier, imo, to host events that you can post and people can join whenever they have time. 

Right now the second round is set to go Monday unless we are both free early enough to host during the weekend. If we are, I can tag you.
