These rules are written as a guideline
Why did I get a TO/Warning/Forum closure? These rules are meant to easily answer these questions. It's literally the same rules +5, no need to panic or not understand things.

If things end up not working out, changes can be made. These rules aren't carved in stone for forever and this thread can be used to add more context to the things that need it.
We have decided to rewrite the rules to make them more clear
But it's not actually possible to make them clear actually
There is difference between making rules clearer  and making them perfectly clear. We tried to make them better but we also acknowledge the fact that there is no such thing as crystal clear rules

So u basically need permission. The thing for me it's more that that's like an intern ting but the rule come across as it is an rule working as an overall on all rls since it is official rules and not the rl itselfs

Basically, as a general rule, in RLs, you are allowed to write in other languages. But it's up to each RL owner to decide whether it's allowed in their particular label.

yeah this jealousy of the competitive site is ridiculous, it outsold us, it's doing better, it has better features, move on and get over it because people will continue discussing it. i can guarantee that site is NOT competing with this 300 player 2008 forum site like come on now, lets just .... hang it up
