Q: Where can I practice HTML coding online? 
A: For example here.  (This is an emulator that supports both HTML and JavaScript)

Q: What website can I use for neotacular code?
A: This!

Q: Will there be a bootcamp?
A: No!

Q: If I apply as a layouter, do I need to inlude texts in the layout?
A: No, it's not mandatory for layouters to include a proper text. You can include the Lorem Ipsum text ( "the test text" ) if you want.

No, the reason we structured the applications how we did was to combine the initial round with bootcamp. So it’s all in one!

I would recommend to take look at some old NT articles if you are unsure what an article looks like. E.g. an intro and a text that can be easy to read and understand even if you are not an expert on the topic of the article.
