For the second time this year - SMT is looking for new members!
The Social Media Team, or SMT, is the team behind the official VP social media pages on Twitter, Tumblr & Instagram. In addition to keeping the social media pages active, the team also hosts fun competitions and raffles for VP's users!

SMT is split into multiple groups depending on roles and social media platform affiliation. The two main roles on the team are page managers and layouters, and in addition, we have our team designers helping us with everything related to prizes and codes!
The page managers are responsible for posting content on their respective social media pages, as well as planning and hosting the competitions associated with their pages. They are split into three groups: Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram managers. As a page manager, you need to be both creative and know your way around a social media platform!
The layouters create all the beautiful images you see on our social media pages. They are not responsible for any of the media-specific competitions, however, as a layouter you are more than welcome to share your thoughts and ideas on everything the page managers are planning. As a layouter you need to be equipped with an editing program, to allow yourself the freedom to create!
The tiktokers are responsible for creating and editing videos as promotional content for vp aswell as hosting contests. You need to know the basics of making and editing videos. You get complete freedom on the type of video's you make, as long as they are related to Virtual Popstar
The designer takes care of uploading and coding the items and sets we need for our events. Therefore, you need to be a badged designer when applying for this position.
We are now looking for page managers, layouters and a designer, so whichever position you prefer, now is the time to apply!
We will not be hosting boot camp this year,
but all new members will be on a three-month trial period.

Other users begin to chime in about the social media presence. The conversation is quickly gaining traction. What would you do to defuse the situation?
3) You've been in the team for a few months, and you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed about events in your real life which has led to you spending less time on team activities, and struggling to contribute properly. What would you do in this situation?
