Megan leaned into him as he escorted her down the hall and toward a bedroom. She knew she really should be cutting all physical contact between the two of them, especially since there might not be any more emotional contact. But she really was exhausted, and as much as she hated to admit it; the scent of his cologne really did calm her down, even if it was only for a few seconds. Once they finally made their way into the bedroom, Megan collapsed on the bed and allowed Jace to tuck her in. She rolled over onto her side, grateful she was wearing sweatpants and not skinny jeans. But when Jace turned her over and kissed her stomach, she felt her insides bump around inside her like a pinball. Her eyes, once tired and droopy, were wide awake as she watched him pull his lips away from slowly and leave the room, shutting the door behind him. She shut them again, trying her hardest not to cry.
Aaron pulled the tea off the stove and poured a cup quickly, not wanting Alyssandra to get anymore ideas on how she could possibly 'help' him. He turned to face her, biting down on his lower lip. "How..have you been?" He asked, knowing better than to make no conversation. He had to be polite, hell, even loving toward Alyssandra. He didn't have much of a choice now. She grinned at his question, obviously thrilled at any attention she would receive from him. "I've been decent, just miss you so much. Do you like my pajamas? I got them a few days ago." She asked him, cocking her head to the side as she did a 360 spin in her negligee. It flew up, exposing even more of her bits and pieces. Aaron's eyes grew wide and he gulped, the sweat continuing. "Yeah..you look great," he mumbled, faking a cough. "It was a tiring trip back to this realm, Alyssandra. I'm gonna go get some sleep see you in the morning," he said quickly, racing out of the kitchen. Alyssandra was left confused, her perfectly arched eyebrows raised. "That's..odd." She pouted, crossing her arms over her impressive chest. She really, really wanted to know where he was headed. Where was he sleeping, anyways? Did his parents even know he was present? Alyssandra snapped her fingers, and she was teleported to where he had been in the castle last. Strangely enough, it was in front of the bedroom door on the third floor. He was staying here? Why? His old bedroom was completely refurnished and ready for it's prince. She thought for a moment, until her quick senses heard breathing, and a pulse, coming from the other side of the door. The smell of blood filled her nose, and instantly, she knew. A smirk appeared across her face. So her fiance had brought himself a snack from the other realm, eh? Perhaps he was ashamed, it wasn't exactly classy for a prince to fetch his own meals. That made sense, he was simply trying to appear put together in front of her. How thoughtful. Nonetheless, she would come in, and they would share this meal together. It would show him that she too could accept his flaws. Besides, she was a bit famished. Opening the door, she slid inside and found a human. A beautiful human, nonetheless. So Aaron preferred to have his meals attractive. How interesting. And was this human...cutting herself? Oh, she was making it too easy. "Hello," she called out, her voice velvety. She was so stealthy and quiet that the human hadn't noticed her presence.
