Gabbies mum was now filled with rage, "you have turned into an ungrateful little brat. The sooner you are out of my house the better." and with that, she left her daughters bedroom, going down the stairs and was on the phone straight away. "Yes.. Yes.. can you take her sooner than next week? Tomorrow morning? Is that the earliest.. Ok.. ok thats perfect. "

While Connor was arguing with his father he felt his face burn slightly from where her tears were, the shock of the sensation made him let go of his dads shirt and he touched his face. The feeling intensified as they stood there. "Even more reason for me to leave and be by her side then instead of with you and this tribe. D told me what happened earlier today, Emmanuel attacking that girl. I haven't been called to any urgent meeting!? So what this tribe just lets its favourites get away with attacks." he shook his head, "I'm glad I did what I did and if you can't accept that then you aren't the father I thought you were." and with that, he shoved his dad out of the way and vanished up the stairs to his room.

Gabbie turned her head when she heard her mother on the phone and pressed her ear to the door, feeling her heart in her throat, she began crying more, putting her hands over her face, she was a snotty mess, she wasn't even going to be able to have a proper goodbye with Connor. She wiped her eyes clear and picked up he phone to text him. I'm going tomorrow morning :-( x she lay back on her bed, trying to pull herself together.

Karl ran a hand through his salt and pepper hair, he was so torn, soul mates were always supposed to be your guiding light in life, but it just wasn't meant to happen this way. "You should have spoken to me before you did it." He said quietly, watching him walk up the stairs. "We are dealing with the Emmanuel situation, but we have to do it carefully. Not that you care, you weren't even around, too busy swanning off with angel girls." He sat back down in his arm chair and out his hands over his face. He felt like a failure, both sons were after something they shouldn't have had and it was all getting out of hand.

Connor threw himself onto his bed, the anger taring him apart as it mixed with Gabbie's emotions as well. Everything was going to hell and he didn't know how to fix it. He thought his dad would understand, they were soul mates after all so why was he making it so damn difficult. He rolled onto his side and pulled his phone out to read the text, seriously? this is shit. my dads furious with me and I don't blame him. I'm really sorry Gabbie but apparently imprinting on you means I've made you weaker when we are apart. I've fucked up and I'm so so so sorry

Gabbie could feel his anger inside her and it felt like it was burning a hole through her chest, she had never felt anger like this before and senahd to clasp onto her chest for fear she was having some kind of heart attack. It went away eventually and she managed to sit up properly, looking down at her phone again. Serious. She made me dress up to what happened and got real mad. Well I don't care, just means we have to be together she sent back, her heart fluttering. She didn't even know what she could do as an ange, anyway so she didn't really understand the impact it had on her.

Connor had to take five minutes to work through his breathing exercises to calm himself down otherwise he would have entered a full rage and that was just not healthy at all. Once he could breath properly again he looked at his phone, reading her message, I wish I could take you away and we could start our own life. Maybe if I start working a proper job as well as tribe work I could get a place for us? Steal you away from this place that your mum is sending you. Just .. anything to be with you x he sent the message, holding his phone to his chest as he waited for her response.

Gabbie closed her eyes, she wished she could just run away and never see her mother again, she didn't care whether she was an angel or not, it had never meant as much to her as it did the rest of her family. Gabbie knew Shen wasn't destined to be anything great and that was okay with her, she just wanted to be happy. I would really like that, then we could be together forever, like we always should be. I just need to be with you, my heart misses you already :-( x she sent the message and then got up and went back over to the boxes, carrying on packing up the rest of the stuff. She had to get it done now, she was being shipped off the next day.

Connor let eyes his dance over her words a few times, trying to hatch a plan in his mind but he couldn't think of a solution. He didn't have the funds to go about buying his own place right now and the only houses the tribe built were for important members such as the Alpha which was a position he could now no longer obtain even if he wanted too. we will find a way Gabbie, I promise you. I miss you too and we are only a fence and some bricks apart. Why can't our families understand that what we have is so unique and powerful and real x

She had no idea how she was going to cope, being away from her family home for god knows how long, and now she had finally found her soul mate and it was all being ripped away from her. She was being punished for being in love. I wish they could just let us be instead of hating against us, I just want everything to be okay :-( will you still visit me when I'm there? X

While Connor waited for a response he dragged himself out of his bed and towards his desk where his computer set up was. He turned everything on and began hunting for little apartments nearby as well as part time jobs he could perhaps take up to try and support his future with Gabbie. It was wild, if you had told him the other day he would be planning to run away with a girl he would have laughed yet here he was. Of course! I will visit the first moment I can. We will make this work beautiful I promise you that. x

Gabbie sat on her bed as she looked around at her now empty room. It felt so wrong, this wasnhed hiuse and her space too, she didn't want to be afraid. She looked at her phone and took a deep breath. We will make this work, we can do it. And then we can run away together eventually. X she couldn't wait to spend the rest of her life with him, she didn't care about anyone else or anything, she just wanted to live her life with Connor. She wiped her eyes clear of tears and grabbed her phone, before heading downstairs for dinner.

gabbie went and sat at the table silently, her hands in her lap as she watched her mother whizzing around the kitchen, and her brother was also sat there. Gabbie looked down at her phone and smiled. I'll try to sneak out early in the morning score I have to go, I'd like to meet your family properly. X she sent the text and then looked up at her brother who was staring at her, before he shouted. "Moooom gabbie's on her phone again!" He smirked, looking back down.

Gabbie's mum was getting dinner ready, her kids sitting at the table waiting for food to be served. When her sons words travelled into the kitchen she thought she might just snap, "Gabriella what have I said about phones at the table," she said, snatching it from her daughters grasp and putting it into her own pocket. "Come and help your mother serve dinner rather than ruining yourself anymore with this boy."

gabbie narrowed her eyes at her brother and was just about to text Connor back. Until her mother came charging in and took her phone from her, now she couldn't even message him! "This is so unfair, why doesn't Christopher old off? He has a girlfriend too you know, why isn't he punished for that?" She got up from the table, ready to flip, she didn't know where her anger was coming from, was this what Connor meant when he said they'd feel everything about each other? She went into the kitchen, pulling her skirt down slightly. "How many times do inhave to say that none of this is connors fault."

Connor had hovered in the kitchen, his mood for cooking completely non-existent so when his phone buzzed and he saw his brothers messaged he felt relief, you read my mind, but make it 10 cause I'm starving. He went to check if Gabbie had responded, frowning a little when there was nothing but he felt a tug on his heart, so he knew something must have been happening to her but he couldn't tell what.

Gabbies mum laughed, turning her head round to face her daughter who was now in the kitchen with her, "Your brother is dating an angel, one of his own species unlike you. He also hasn't done anything to defile her the way that monster has to you." her eyes dropped to her skirt in disgust, "you need to get proper skirts not this .. nonsense." she said, waving her hand at the skirt. "It is all his fault, he has led you astray already and I am disappointed."
